y Tea
3 Cups Blackberries
Sprig of Mint
¾ cup Splenda (or sugar)
Juice from ½ lemon
Pinch of Baking Soda
4 Cups of boiling water
2 Family sized tea bags
3 Cups cold water
Crush Blackberries and mint. Mix with Splenda (sugar),= lemon juice and baking soda.
Let sit for 10 minutes
Brew tea in boiling water. Pour over Blackberry mix an= d let sit for 1 hour.
Strain and dilute with the cold water
